Learning to Fly

Firstly It's very important to get proper recognised training.

While the Pennine Soaring Club will help to coach pilots, the initial training needs to be done at a British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA) approved school.

Once you are trained to club pilot (CP) level you can fly without an instructor and at that stage you can continue your learning with help from coaches within the club.
